Veterans

The Center for Academic Services supports our veterans through academic skills coaching, student disabilities services and academic advising for pre-majors and first year students in the AddRan College of Liberal Arts and the Design, Merchandising, and Textiles department.

An Academic Coach teaches you to study in effective and efficient ways so you can achieve your full academic potential.

Student Disabilities Services provides access to full participation in college life, accomodations that allow equal access to University programs, alliance in informing faculty of student rights, and assistance obtaining reasonable accomodations.

Academic advising provides you the opportunity to discuss TCU course offerings and University degree requirements with a professional advisor.  An academic advisor will assist you as you develop your academic plan and clarify your college and career goals.

First and second year students must meet with an advisor prior to enrolling in classes.
